I have handled over 3,000 intellectual property cases in the past five years. From out-of-court warnings, claims for contractual penalties, injunctions, preliminary injunctions, drafting or reviewing individual legal texts and contracts, processing all types of account blocking, to developing, reviewing, registering and monitoring trademarks.
After my studies in the beautiful city of Leipzig, I first worked for a large, Germany-wide commercial law firm. I have also been self-employed since 2022 and look forward to meeting you and providing heartfelt assistance with your legal matters at fair rates. I will gladly advise you in German and English.
